CD Duplicacion

The DubHouse has the capabilities to both duplicate as well as replicate compact discs. In short, duplicacion is the process of burning data into a blank disc (CD-R) via a laser. This is the same process of burning a CD on your own computer, however, we can burn 10-20 at a time. Duplicacion of CD orders are typically under 500 units. We currently “duplicate” CDs out of our South Florida plant. We can imprint one color (black or blue) direct to the CD via a thermal process, or we can print a high-resolution 4-color label.

Larger orders of 500 Qty.+ can be replicated out of our plants in Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Minneapolis, MN; Los Angeles, CA and Asia. Replication involves the creation of a glass master. From the glass master a metal “stamping” master is made which will stamp out the discs from molten plastic pellets. Automated packaging lines are then utilized to insert the printed folders and inlays into the jewel cases or printed cardboard packaging. The DubHouse currently offers both silkscreen and offset quality disc imprinting. Offset process prints at the same resolution of printed paper (150 line screen).
