DVDs can also be duplicated in small quantities out of our South Florida facility. We typically print a 4-color label for the DVD face area. For quantities 300+ we can replicate your DVDs out of Charlotte, Los Angeles, New York or Asia. Replicated DVDs also require a glass master to be created, as well as a stamping master. The DVDs are then silk-screened or imprinted upon with an offset process. We prefer a DLT master or DVD-R Authoring master to be sent to us for the replication process. We also accept DVD-R General Purpose masters; however, they are not as stable as the DLT or DVD-R Authoring disc.
